Well that was a weird year.

Like I've said, not much of a blogger, but I wanted to do a sweeping recap on what's been happening here.

So I am recouping from a little shoulder surgery which has allowed for massive time dedicated to this resource offering for self-motivated mental resiliancy. In my forever quest of bringing attainable resources to those struggling with their own mental wellness journey, I created a 265 page prompted journal with 114 prompts to possibly help peel some of those layers back and assist in getting to the root of how we respond to situations, think about ourselves, how we interact with others, discover what we carry with us, and much more. I created this to explore what comes up in these journaling sessions and perhaps learn new ways of coping by looking at what no longer serves us. A workbook with more extensive exercises is in the works, so be on the lookout in the next couple months.

I have also been adding resources to the website, links, hotlines, and tools to try at home.

As I lean in to the slow process of healing this shoulder, I look forward to the warmer months to begin filming yoga sessions, meditations, breathing exercises, somatic tutorials, while also starting to build a seven week online intensive exploring some of the deeper aspects of the 8 limbs of Yoga.
